[:en]It is about an educational and informative initiative includes to the Transnational Cooperation Project titled “ Gastronomy Routes and the Culture of Flavor” mis 421.

In particular, some schools of Vibo Valentia Province got involved to the module of it, “Product in Farm”.

It took place in the Poro Upland which pupils have attended at dairy products and Poro Upland local cheese production.[:]
